What kind of fish we smoke

Mostly we focus on smoking fish from the salmonid family. These are not salmons, but its subspecies, such as freshwater or salted water rainbow trouts or brook trouts. We are also about to smoke some traditional Czech freswater fish, such as carp, zander or pike.

We cooperate with small fish farms from Czech and also with ecological fish farms abroad  - thus we do our best supporting sustainability and responsible approach to production.
