Cold smoked products

Rainbow trout 

Coldsmoked trout has very fine structure that melts on the tounge. The meat is leaner and after smoking is soft and firm, but fragile and juicy at the same time. No bones, no artificial preservatives.


We offer cold smoked trout in three flavors:

  • On salt
  • On dill
  • On beetroot


Atlantic salmon

Salmon is fattier fish than trout and as a result it has an even more melting and buttery texture that trout. The meat is supple, tender and fragile. No bones, no artifical preservatives.

  • Whiskey & Pepper

Brook trout

Brook trout has very lean and firm meat. After smoking it holds a firm structure and is not so fragile. The slice of brook trout is soft but consistent. No bones, no artificial preservatives.

Hot smoked products

Rainbow trout

Hot smoked trout has a crumbly texture, but retains its juiciness and is not dried out. very mild taste. No bones, no artificial preservatives.

  • With chilli

Czech carp

Popular Czech carp has firmer and fatter meat and retians its firm structure after being hot smoked. Typical carp taste. No bones, no artificial preservatives.

African catfish

African catfish has very tasty and tender meat, which does not have a typical fishy smell. After being hot smoked the meat remains compact but melts on the tounge.  No bones, no artificial preservatives.
